New to Adminished? Start here

If your child's club uses Adminished, this is everything you need in one place. The whole set-up takes about five minutes, and you only do it once.

1. Join your club

1. Ask your club for its 6-character join code (it's on their welcome message or sign-up sheet).
2. Go to adminished.com/join, enter the code, and create your account with your email and a password.
3. That links you to the right club straight away — no waiting.

2. Add your child

Enter your child's name and date of birth, an emergency contact, and any medical or dietary notes the coaches should know. You can add more than one child to the same account — see managing your children.

3. Sign the forms

Most clubs ask you to agree to a waiver and a few consent forms when you register. You tick the boxes and type your name — that's your signature. Every form you sign is saved as a PDF you can download any time. See signing forms and finding your documents.

4. See the schedule and attendance

Your home screen shows your child's next session with the date, time and place, plus their full schedule and attendance history. You can subscribe the schedule to Google or Apple Calendar so it's always in your pocket.

New to the dashboard? Tap Take a tour in the top corner of your home screen for a quick guided walkthrough of what's where — your checklist, anything that needs you, what's coming up, and where to find messages.

5. Pay fees and save a card

If your club takes payment through Adminished, you can pay by card, or save a card or Direct Debit so fees are collected automatically when they're due. See paying your fees.

6. Stay in the loop

• You'll get club announcements and messages by email — and in the app's posts feed.
• Can't make a session? Tap Won't attend on the session card so the coach knows. See reporting an absence.
• Want a second parent, grandparent or carer to get everything too? Add a second guardian.
