Moving from spreadsheets or another tool is the bit everyone dreads, so we do it for you. We bring your members and their classes across with no data to re-enter. Saved cards carry over via Stripe where your current provider also uses Stripe; Direct Debit can’t be transferred between providers, so members re-authorise a new mandate once — about a minute each, and we guide them through it. No charge.
Most clubs are live within a weekend, with payments collecting as normal throughout. Pro also includes a 30-minute onboarding call.

How Adminished earns money — transparently
Genuinely free forever for clubs under 20 students. No trial, no "free tier that expires". Clubs that don't collect card payments pay nothing, ever.
When parents pay online via Adminished's Stripe integration: total cost to you is ~2.5% + 20p per transaction on standard UK cards — 1.5%+20p (Stripe) + 1% (Adminished); EU, overseas and Amex cards cost more (Stripe's rates). Identical to other payment tools. 0% on cash and bank transfers you record manually — cash-only clubs pay nothing.
Essential (£19) and Pro (£49) give you more room — more students, classes, rooms, admin seats. Every feature is the same on every tier; the bigger your club, the bigger your plan. No per-use charges on top.
Adminished earns from platform fees on card payments and subscriptions only. Your member data is never sold, never shown to advertisers, never used to target your parents.

Multi-item checkout means a parent paying three different fees at once pays one fixed Stripe charge — not three. That's money back in parents' pockets that other tools keep.
