Paying your fees
If your club collects payment through Adminished, you can pay securely by card, or save a card or Direct Debit so future fees are collected automatically when they're due. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by the club.
Paying a request from your club
- When your coach asks for a payment, you'll get a notification and an email with a secure link.
- Open it, check what it's for, and pay by card.
- Your history updates straight away, and a receipt is saved for you.
Saving a card or Direct Debit
You can save a card or set up a Direct Debit so you don't re-enter your details each time. If your club uses automatic collection, that lets fees be taken on the due date without you doing anything — and you'll always get a receipt.
Seeing your history and receipts
- Open the parent portal and go to Payments (or Billing).
- You'll see what's due and what you've paid.
- Download a receipt for any payment from the history list.
Cash and bank transfer
Some clubs also accept cash or bank transfer and record it for you. If yours does, your coach marks the payment against your account and it shows in your history alongside card payments.
Common questions
Is it safe? Yes — payments are processed by a regulated payment provider over an encrypted connection. The club never sees your full card number.
Who do I contact about an amount? Payment amounts are set by your club. If something looks wrong, message your coach through Adminished.
