Sharing your join link and promoting your club

The Invite parents page (Dashboard → Invite parents, or go to /app/invite) gives you two separate tools: a private join link for onboarding specific families, and a public club page link for marketing to new members.

Inviting parents privately

The top section shows your club's unique join code and a ready-to-send signup link. When a parent opens the link, the join code is already entered for them — they just fill in their name and email. A QR code is also shown so you can display it on a screen or print it for a noticeboard.

Use the channel chips to send via:

  • Share — opens your phone's native share sheet (mobile only).
  • SMS — best for a one-off invite to a specific parent. Opens your messaging app with the link pre-filled.
  • WhatsApp — best for sharing to an existing class group in one tap.
  • Email — opens your default email client with subject and body ready to send.
  • Facebook — opens a new Facebook post or message with the link inserted.

Editing the message before sending

Expand Edit message templates to tweak the wording for any channel. Your changes apply to that channel's chip for the rest of the session. The defaults are written to be short and clear, but you may want to add your club name or a session time.

Promoting your club publicly

If you have enabled your public club page (go to Settings → Public club page), a second section appears on the Invite page showing your public URL — something like adminished.com/clubs/your-club-name. This page shows your live class schedule and any published events to anyone with the link, without requiring them to log in.

Share this URL on social media, in a Facebook group, or in a local directory to attract new members. The same channel chips are available for the public URL.

  • Facebook is the most effective channel for reaching new families in your area.
  • WhatsApp works well when an existing parent refers a friend.

What happens when someone clicks the link

The private join link takes parents to the Adminished signup page with your join code pre-filled. Once they complete registration, they appear in your club's parent list immediately. The public page shows your schedule and events live — no account needed to browse.
