Adding a payment method: card or Direct Debit

Saving a payment method lets your club collect fees automatically — no chasing, no missed payments. You won't be charged anything when you add it. You're only setting up how fees will be collected; you're charged later, only for the classes your child is enrolled in, and you get a receipt for every payment.

Where to start

There are three ways to reach it:

  • On your dashboard, tap Set up payment — or Finish enrolling if you're enrolling a child.
  • Go to Settings → Saved cards and tap Add a payment method.
  • Tap the link in the "set up payment" email your coach sent you.

Choose card or Direct Debit

If your club accepts both, you'll see two buttons. Pick whichever suits you — nothing is taken today either way:

  • 🏦 Pay by Direct Debit — paid straight from your UK bank account.
  • 💳 Pay by card — a debit or credit card.

Setting up Direct Debit

  1. Tap Pay by Direct Debit.
  2. Enter your sort code and account number.
  3. Confirm the Direct Debit instruction.
  4. Done. The mandate confirms over 2–3 working days. Future fees are then collected automatically.

Setting up a card

  1. Tap Pay by card.
  2. Enter your card number, expiry and security code (or use a card saved on your phone).
  3. Tap save. No charge is taken today.

Seeing a card you didn't expect?

If a card you've used to shop elsewhere pops up already filled in (sometimes under a name like "Link"), that's your browser or your phone offering a saved card — it isn't us, and it isn't a charge. If you'd rather pay by Direct Debit, just choose the Direct Debit option (or "use a different payment method") and enter your bank details instead.

Is it secure?

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, a global payment provider used by millions of businesses. Adminished never sees or stores your full card or bank details.

After you've added it

  • Fees are collected automatically when they're due — you don't have to remember anything.
  • You get an email receipt for every payment, and can download a copy from your Payments page.
  • You can view or update your payment method anytime under Settings → Saved cards.
