Run your padel sessions without the WhatsApp chaos
Two-tier ticket pricing, automatic paid-list, first-paid-first-served waitlist and card payments straight to your account. Free to start, then a 1% platform fee on the payments you take (on top of standard card processing).
Sound familiar?
- Posting a session in the WhatsApp group, then hand-ticking a numbered list as each PayPal notification arrives — and still being unsure who has actually paid.
- Running PayPal Friends & Family to dodge transaction fees, which is against PayPal's terms for services and gives your players zero buyer protection.
- Trying to enforce capacity by counting names in a thread — sessions go over or stay under because the list is impossible to keep accurate.
- No automatic waitlist: when a space opens up you re-post and first-to-reply wins, not first-to-pay.
- Chasing people who said 'I'm in' but never sent the money, every single week.
- No record of who came, who paid, or who owes from last time — everything resets each session.
Everything a casual padel and social-sports session organisers needs, in one place
Two-tier (or more) ticket pricing per session
Set multiple ticket variants for the same event — for example a standard place and a cheaper 'bring your own racket' place — and let each player choose at booking. You get one clean paid list; they pay the right amount without a side-conversation.
Auto paid-list: seat held only once paid
A place is reserved only after payment clears — automating the '✅ only once paid' rule you currently enforce by hand. No more counting ticks in a thread or chasing people who said they were in but haven't paid.
Capacity enforcement and waitlist
Set the number of court places available and Adminished fills them on a first-paid-first-served basis. Once full, new sign-ups join a waitlist automatically — so when someone drops out, the next person gets the place fairly.
Card payments straight to your account
Players pay by card (or Bacs/SEPA Direct Debit for regular groups) straight to the dedicated Stripe account Adminished sets up for your group — with automated receipts and no PayPal F&F workaround. Cash and bank-transfer payments you record cost nothing extra.
Share one link into the WhatsApp group
Send a single booking link into your existing group. Players self-register and pay; you see a live paid list without counting messages. You can also record cash or bank-transfer payments manually for anyone who prefers to pay offline.
One-off session or a recurring weekly drop-in
Organise a one-off event (ideal for two-tier pricing or non-regular sessions) or set up a recurring drop-in with a single price — whichever fits your group. Both work from the same link you drop into the chat.
Instant receipts and a clean payment record
Every player gets an automatic receipt. You get a complete payment ledger per session — who paid, how much, and when — so reconciliation is a glance, not a Saturday morning job.
Questions casual padel and social-sports session organiserss ask
Can I charge different prices for players who bring their own racket?
Yes. When you create an event (session), you can add multiple ticket variants — for example a 'with racket hire' ticket and a cheaper 'bring your own racket' ticket. Each player chooses their variant at booking and pays the right amount automatically. You end up with one clean paid list showing what each person booked.
How does the capacity list work?
You set the number of places available on the session. Seats fill on a first-paid-first-served basis — a place is only held once payment clears. Once the session is full, new sign-ups join an automatic waitlist. When someone drops out, the next person on the list gets the place.
Can I still use WhatsApp to tell people about sessions?
Yes — just drop the booking link into your existing WhatsApp group as you normally would. Players click the link, choose their ticket, and pay. You don't need to move the conversation anywhere; you just replace the PayPal message with a link.
What does it cost to run a session through Adminished?
Free to start — no setup charge and no monthly fee just to organise. When players pay through the platform, the fee is around 1% (plus standard Stripe card processing). That covers the automation, the paid list, the receipts and the waitlist. There's no charge to record a cash or bank-transfer payment.
Is PayPal Friends & Family a problem?
Using PayPal Friends & Family for a service (collecting money for a session) is against PayPal's terms of service. It also gives your players no buyer protection if something goes wrong. Card payments through Stripe, the method Adminished uses, are the straightforward, legitimate alternative — and Adminished handles the reconciliation so you're not doing it by hand.
Do I need to set up anything complicated to accept card payments?
You do a one-time Stripe Connect onboarding (bank details and identity check, around 10 minutes). After that, every future session is just creating the event and sharing the link — the payments land in your account automatically.
Can I run this for a one-off session rather than a regular club?
Yes. Adminished works well for one-off events — a single Saturday session, a social tournament, a guest-coach day — as well as for recurring weekly drop-ins. You're not committing to anything; each session is its own booking page.
