Run your weekly netball without chasing the subs
Share one link with the squad, everyone pays their share by card straight to your own account, and the bib's only held once they've paid. Free to start, then a 1% platform fee on the payments you take (on top of standard card processing).
Sound familiar?
- You front the court or hall hire, then chase the squad over WhatsApp and bank transfer to claw your share back every week.
- Hand-ticking a list of names as each transfer trickles in, never quite sure who's actually paid and who you're carrying.
- People reply 'I'm in', you book a full court for seven, and then a couple ghost on the night and leave you short.
- No fair waitlist — when a space opens up it's whoever replies in the group first, not whoever's paid first.
- Running PayPal Friends & Family or splitting it 'next time' to dodge the fees — against the terms for a service, and nobody has any protection.
- Every week starts from zero: no record of who came, who paid, or who still owes from the last session.
Everything a social, back-to-netball and league-night organisers needs, in one place
Everyone pays their share, straight to you
Players pay their share by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay direct to your own connected Stripe account — you onboard as an individual, no company and no business bank needed. Anyone who pays you in cash, you record for free, so every player sits in one list.
A bib is held only once it's paid
A place is reserved only after payment clears, automating the 'paid = you're in' rule you currently enforce by hand. No more counting ticks in a thread or carrying people who said they'd play but never sent the money.
Set your numbers, first-paid-first-served
Tell Adminished how many places the court or hall holds and it fills them on a first-paid-first-served basis. Once you're full, new sign-ups join a waitlist automatically — so when someone drops out, the next person who paid gets the spot fairly.
Share one link into the group chat
Drop a single booking link into your existing WhatsApp or team chat. Players self-register and pay, and you watch a live paid list build instead of counting messages. You can still record cash or bank transfer by hand for anyone who pays you offline.
One-off game or a regular weekly slot
Set up a one-off social or league night, or a recurring weekly drop-in with a single price — whichever fits your squad. Your regulars can save a card or set up a Direct Debit so their share goes out each week without you asking.
A clean record and receipts every week
Every player gets an automatic receipt, and you get a full payment record per session — who paid, how much and when. So squaring up the court hire is a glance, not a Sunday-night spreadsheet job.
Questions social, back-to-netball and league-night organiserss ask
Do I need a company to collect the money?
No. You onboard with Stripe as an individual — your name, your personal bank account and a quick identity check, around ten minutes. You don't need a registered business, a club or a company. After that, every player's share lands in your own account automatically.
How do my squad pay their share?
You share one booking link into your group chat. Each player taps it and pays their share by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — the money goes straight to your connected account, not to Adminished. You can also record anyone who hands you cash or sends a bank transfer, so everyone ends up on the same paid list.
What if someone drops out at the last minute?
Once your court is full, anyone else who wants in joins an automatic waitlist. When a player drops out, the next person on the list — first-paid-first-served — gets offered the place, so you're not re-posting in the chat and taking whoever shouts loudest.
Can my regulars pay automatically each week?
Yes. For a recurring weekly slot, regular players can save a card or set up a Bacs or SEPA Direct Debit, so their share is collected each week without you having to chase. Casual players can still pay one-off per session from the same link.
Is this only for netball?
No — it works for any casual game where one person books the venue and everyone chips in for their share: five-a-side, padel, badminton, social tennis, walking football, you name it. Set your places, share the link, and let the paid-list and waitlist do the rest.
What does it cost me?
Free to start — no setup charge and no monthly fee just to organise. When players pay through the platform the fee is around 1% (on top of standard Stripe card processing); that covers the automation, the paid list, the receipts and the waitlist. There's no charge at all to record a cash or bank-transfer payment.
