Yes. A parent can manage several children from one portal, see all their classes and payments together, and pay in one place — useful for siblings training in different classes or on different schedules.

Both. Set recurring monthly or termly memberships that auto-charge, and also take one-off drop-in or trial payments on the night. Card and Direct Debit are collected automatically; cash and bank transfer can be recorded by hand.
Can I track DBS checks and safeguarding records?
Yes. You can record DBS status for instructors and volunteers, store medical and safeguarding notes against each student, and capture signed consent and policy acknowledgements with an audit trail. The app is UK GDPR/ICO-aligned with UK data residency.
Does Adminished manage belt and grading progression?
It records gradings, belts, stripes and levels as achievements and badges on each student's profile, giving a clear, up-to-date history. It is not an automated belt-progression or syllabus system — you decide and record each grading, and Adminished keeps the record tidy.
What does it cost?
Adminished is free to start with no setup fee. We charge a flat 1% on payments processed through the platform (on top of Stripe's own card or Direct Debit fees), and paid plans only raise your member, class and admin limits — every feature is available on the free plan.
Can you move us over from our current system?
Yes. Migration is free and done for you — we bring across your members, classes and history, and carry over existing card and Direct Debit mandates so families don't have to re-enter their payment details.
