Do I need a company or a business bank account?
No. Adminished collects through Stripe, and you onboard as an individual — just your name, date of birth, address and a personal bank account for payouts (Stripe may ask for ID depending on how much you collect). No business registration, no company. You're simply collecting your teammates' share of the cost, and it lands in your own account.
How do my mates pay?
They tap your link, pick the game, and pay their share by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The spot is only confirmed once payment clears, so your paid list is always accurate. You can also record cash or a bank transfer for anyone who pays you in person.
What if someone drops out at the last minute?
When a paid player cancels, their spot frees up and the next person on the waitlist can take it — first-paid-first-served, automatically. No re-posting in the group and 'first to reply wins'.
Can regulars pay automatically each week?
Yes. Set up a recurring weekly slot and your regulars can save a card or a Direct Debit, so their share is taken automatically each week without you asking. New faces still just tap the link and pay once.
Is this only for football?
Not at all. It works for any casual game where you split the cost — 5-a-side, netball, basketball, padel, badminton, a weekly run club, anything. If you're fronting a booking and collecting everyone's share, Adminished handles it.
