Can it handle siblings in different classes?
Yes. Each family has one account with all their children under it, and you can enrol each child in different classes on different days. Per-child fees and any sibling discounts are set per enrolment, so the family sees one clear picture.
How do parents pay for classes and shows?
Through their portal by card or Bacs Direct Debit, with recurring termly, monthly, per-session or drop-in billing collected automatically and overdue reminders sent for you. You can also record cash and bank-transfer payments so everything lives in one ledger.
What does it cost to use Adminished?
Adminished is free to start, with a small percentage taken only on payments you actually collect through the platform. There's no charge for setup or for the admin features themselves. See our pricing page for the current tiers and rates.
Can I take show, exam and costume fees?
Yes. Run shows, exam days and workshops as events with ticketing, and add costume or extra fees as their own charges. Parents book and pay in the same portal they use for class fees, so you're not juggling separate forms.
Will it track photo permissions, medical notes and DBS?
Yes. Parents complete photo, medical and SEND consent as online forms they sign with a legal audit trail, and you can track staff DBS and safeguarding records in the same place — all under UK GDPR with our data held in the UK.
Does it track ballet grades and dance levels?
It records exam grades, levels and milestones as achievements and badges on each dancer's profile — a record you keep up to date yourself. It does not automate progression through a syllabus or move dancers up grades for you.
Can you move us over from our current system?
Yes. We offer free, done-for-you migration that brings across your families and classes and carries over existing card and Direct Debit mandates, so parents don't have to re-enter their details and collection continues uninterrupted.
