Run your weekly badminton session without chasing the court fee

Book the court, share one link with the group, and everyone pays their share of the hire by card straight to your own account — the spot's only held once they've paid. Free to start, then a 1% platform fee on the payments you take (on top of standard card processing).

Sound familiar?

  • You pay the leisure centre or sports hall up front, then spend the week chasing four or six players for their share over WhatsApp and bank transfer.
  • You're never sure who's actually settled up — half the group says they've sent it, and you're left squinting at your bank app trying to match names to transfers.
  • People say 'I'm in' in the group chat, then quietly don't show and don't pay, and you're the one left covering the empty court.
  • There's no fair way to fill the courts — it ends up first-to-reply rather than first-to-pay, so the keen-but-flaky get the spot over people who'd actually commit.
  • You fall back on PayPal Friends & Family or splitting it by eye, which is against the rules, gives nobody any record, and still means doing the maths every week.
  • Every week starts from a blank slate — no list of who plays, who's paid, and who still owes you from last time.

Everything a casual badminton and pay-and-play court-session organisers needs, in one place

Everyone pays their share by card, straight to you

Each player pays their part of the court hire by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the money lands in your own connected account — not ours. You onboard as an individual with your personal bank details, no company needed, and you can still record anyone who hands you cash for free.

The spot is only held once they've paid

No more 'I'll send it later.' A place on the court is reserved when payment goes through, and you get a live paid-list of exactly who's confirmed for this week — so you can stop matching bank transfers to names in your head.

Set your numbers, first-paid-first-served

Tell it how many spots the court fits — four for doubles, six or eight for a social rotation — and places fill in the fair order people pay. When you're full, anyone else joins an automatic waitlist and slots in if someone drops out.

Share one link into the group chat

Drop a single link into your WhatsApp group. Players tap it, pay their share and they're on the list — no app to download, no account to create, and no you tallying replies and reminding stragglers.

One-off knockabout or a standing weekly slot

Set up a single casual game, or a recurring weekly session for your regulars. People who play every week can save a card or set up Direct Debit so their share goes out each time without you having to ask.

A clean record and receipts every week

Every session keeps its own list of who played and who paid, and players get an automatic receipt for their share. You always have a tidy record to look back on instead of starting from zero each time.

Questions casual badminton and pay-and-play court-session organiserss ask

Do I need a company to collect the money?

No. You onboard as an individual using your own personal bank details — there's no company, VAT number or business account required. It's built for one person fronting a casual session and collecting everyone's share.

How do the rest of the group pay me?

You share one link into your group chat. Each player taps it and pays their share of the court hire by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The money goes straight into your connected account, and the place is held once they've paid. If someone prefers to hand you cash, you can record that too.

What if someone drops out at the last minute?

When you're full, anyone else who wants in joins an automatic waitlist. If a confirmed player drops out, the next person on the list can take the spot — and because it's first-paid-first-served, the place goes to whoever actually commits, not just whoever replied first.

Can my regulars pay automatically each week?

Yes. For a recurring weekly session, players who turn up every time can save a card or set up Direct Debit so their share is collected each week without you having to chase them. One-off players just pay per session via the link.

Is this only for badminton?

Not at all. It works for any casual game where one person fronts the booking and splits the cost — five-a-side football, squash, social tennis, court or hall hire of any kind. If you're collecting everyone's share for a regular session, it fits.

What does it cost me to use?

It's free to start, with no monthly fee for running casual sessions. When you collect payments there's a 1% platform fee on top of the standard card processing charge, taken from each payment. Recording cash is always free.
