Delete your account

You have the right to delete your Adminished account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how.

If you're a parent

The fastest way is in the app:

1. Log in at adminished.com/login
2. Go to My data in the parent menu
3. Click Delete my account

You can also download a copy of your data from the same page before deleting.

If you're a coach (club owner)

Coach accounts hold data for your whole club (students, attendance, payments, messages), so we don't delete them automatically — we want to make sure nothing important is lost in the moment. Email us at [email protected] from the address on your account, asking for account deletion. We will:

1. Confirm your identity by replying to your email.
2. Offer you a CSV export of your club's data first.
3. Delete your account and all club data within 30 days of confirmation.

If you can't log in

Email [email protected] from the email address you registered with. Include the name of your club (if a coach) or the club you joined (if a parent). We'll process your request within 30 days under UK GDPR.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, phone, login credentials)
• Any students linked to you (parents) or your club (coaches)
• Attendance, payment ledger entries, badges, messages, photos
• Backup copies are purged within 90 days

What we keep

We retain minimal records required by law:

• Financial records (invoices, Stripe transaction references) for 6 years — UK tax law.
• Audit log entries (anonymised) for fraud and security investigations, up to 1 year.
