About
Rhythm & Motion is a Cardiff dance school for children aged 4 and up. Our syllabus follows the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) graded programme for ballet, with contemporary and jazz taught alongside it. We perform at the Sherman Theatre every July and hold two RAD examination sessions per year.
